Trained and practiced as an architect, Khushbu reads a home the way it was built. That shapes four things clients notice only after they move in.
•The plan. We often re-plan the layout first, moving walls, doors and storage so rooms work for how your family actually lives.
• Light. Rooms are arranged around where daylight falls through the day. Artificial lighting is designed with the plan, not added at the end.
• Services. Air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and automation are coordinated into the design early, not chased into finished walls later.
• Structure. We know what can move and what cannot, so every idea is buildable and safe.
